The Managing Partner, Engineer Ramzi Rizkallah, possesses an extensive experience from managing numerous rewarding and prestigious projects in Kuwait and through-out the Middle East region. Mr. Rizkallah offers the clients a wealth of construction management expertise complemented by a strong educational background. In addition, Mr. Rizkallah brings to the projects the latest PM/CM concepts and computer related technologies.
From 1984 onwards, Mr. Rizkallah became acquainted with the Middle East practices and procedures in estimating, cost control and financial feasibility analysis. He also conducted and lead several Value Engineering Workshops.
Mr. Rizkallah’s broad and wide-range experience also includes preparing TOR’s, pre-qualifying Design offices/ Contractors, preparing technical and financial evaluation reports, creating management plans and procedures for all types of building projects, interfacing with Project Managers, Design Managers and PCS Engineers for accurate and current PCS reporting and preparing procedure manuals for the ISO 9001 Program.
