The concept of Project Management is a proven method, which combines the project phases of pre-design, design, tender, construction, and occupancy into a series of tightly integrated tasks.  PMIS specializes in planning, coordinating, and managing projects according to specific requirements and constraints. They perform all the management activities related to project work, from conceptualization to completion. Emphasis is placed on creating and maintaining project milestones and the project schedule. The end goal form PMIS is to complete the project on time and within budget.

The process of Construction Management treats the planning, design, and construction phases of a project as integrated tasks rather than separate functions.  Using this project delivery method, PMIS applies the latest management techniques to planning, design and construction so that time, cost, and quality are assured for the owner.  At the inception of a project, PMIS formulates critical project decisions into a coordinated objective plan.  This includes the formation of a project team comprised of the owner, designer and construction manager which offers construction expertise during the design phase to monitor and control the design and construction efforts and producing the desired project.

In order to enhance the quality of design and provide the Client with an opportunity to become more deeply immersed in the details of the project, PMIS performs an intensive independent Design Review of all design documents produced by the Design Consultant to identify coordination problems, errors, and omissions. Recommendations are made relevant to construction feasibility, availability of labor and materials, and time required for procurement and construction.

As a result, PMIS – Training and Development division came into existence and has since been successfully conducted training courses on a wide range of topics through PMIS offices in Kuwait, Bahrain, and Lebanon.
