PCS applies a verification process that compares planned against actual accomplishments during each phase of the project cycle.  Reports that delineate deviations are generated, which allow management to identify causes, react accordingly and to make forecasts such as fiscal requirements and projected progress or completions. The development of a suitable project control system is an important part of the overall project management effort and supports the achievement of project objectives. It has been proven time and again that project performance can be improved if dedicated project controls systems are in place. 

PMIS team is proposing use of state-of-the-art desktop hardware and fully integrated software. Also, reports, documents and data to be provided will represent an accurate assessment of the current status of the Client Program and of the work remaining to be accomplished; will provide a sound basis for identifying variances and problems, and for making management decisions.
